Department
of Commerce and Management is inviting
research papers, articles, book reviews
case studies for its second issue
of ‘Vaanijjya - The Journal of Commerce’.
The ISSN referred Journal has already
been released on 5th Feb., 2011. It
is an annual feature of the department.
The vision of this Journal is to bring
academia to a platform where their
originals and qualitative research
work could be published. Its aim is
to encourage scholars to bring out
quality work in the field of finance,
marketing, banking, human resource
management, corporate governance and
other related fields. The chief editor
of this journal is Dr. Kulbhushan
Chandel, Associate Prof., Deptt. of
Commerce, H.P.U., Shimla. Editors
are Mr. Ashwani Bhalla, Prof. Govt.
College, Ludhiana, Dr. R.K. Uppal,
Associate Prof., D.A.V. College, Malout
and Dr. Tajinder Sharma, Associate
Prof., Kurukshetra University, Kurukshetra.
Papers will be sent to the Editorial
Board for review and their decision
will be final.
The guidelines for paper are
as follows:
1. The maximum size of the articles
should be restricted to 4000 words
including charts, tables and references,
12 font sizes, Times New Roman font,
single line spacing in Ms. Word.
2. Send articles to csrtbcc2011@gmail.com
3. All articles received for journal
will be first reviewed. The decision
of the editorial board would be final.
4. A declaration by the authors stating
that the article is their original
work and has neither been published
nor has been submitted for publication
elsewhere should accompany the article.
5. The first page should include the
following:
• The title of the article.
• Name of the author
• Designation and the name of the
educational institution where employed
• Complete address and contact number
for communication
• E-mail address of all the authors
• It should conclude with summarizing
the findings of the paper
• The author should provide complete
references
• The articles published in the Journal
will be the property of the college
and it shall not be published in full
or in part without the written permission
from the college
Journal can be subscribed at an annual
charge of Rs. 150. Comments, suggestions
are always welcome.
