A Seminar on 'How to Make Teaching Learning Effective' was organized by the Internal Quality Assurance Cell of the college to orient teachers about the latest trends in the field of education.The Resource Person, Mrs. Minoo Aggarwal, Regional Officer, South Zone, D.A.V Institutions enlightened the staff about the prime aim of teaching, that is, to ensure learning and to promote students' engagement.

Motive : To inspire teachers to upgrade and up-skill themselves so as to meet the expectations of students in the fast changing competitive scenario.

Outcome: Teachers were enthused to learn as well as develop essential life skills among students. Teachers were oriented about the skills such as critical thinking, problem-solving, communication, creativity and collaboration, which are vital for students' future and their overall personality development. Teachers were encouraged to address all queries of students in the classroom, whether those are of 'jumping jacks' or are 'silent voices'. The Resource Person also provided the expert solutions to the problems faced by the teachers.
