Celebration of Independence day

On the eve of Independence celebrations were held in the college premises. An enlightening talk was delivered by Mrs. Seema Rani, Head of the Department of History, to make students aware about the historical as well as present day relevance of the freedom struggle for Indian independence. A patriotic song and a Nukkad Natak on the theme of "Azadi Ka Jashan" were presented by the students. which filled the air with a sense of pride and patriotic fervour. Dr. Kulwinder Kaur, Officiating Principal motivated students to embrace the constructive and progressive outlook to perform their responsibilities ardently to protect the hard-earned freedom.

Outcome : The event motivated the students to cherish and learn lessons from the unforgettable tales of bravery of the great freedom fighters. Students were made vigilant about the the complex issues threatening the order, peace and solemnity of our society like poverty, mobile addiction rising prices etc through an impressively presented Nukkad Natak.
