Educational Trip

To give information about the historical importance of Sultanpur Lodhi.
Under the leadership of Assistant Professor Seema Thakur from the Department of History 25 students visited Sultanpur Lodhi, the city of Baba Nanak. Students were taken to visit the Gurudwaras of Sultanpur Lodhi. First of all, after reaching Gurdwara Ber Sahib, information about the history of Gurdwara was given. In this trip, the students were informed about the history of Ber Sahib . After visiting Gurdwara Bebe Nanki, the students saw glimpses of the life of Guru Sahib in the museum. Students also saw Kali Bein with clean water which is preserved by Saint Balbir Singh Seechewal. While addressing the students Seechewal ji taught the students that they should clean their surroundings and environment.
Along with getting information about holy Kali Bein ,the students also learned how the environment can be kept pure.
