Dr. Ambuj Sharma, Associate Professor Department of philosophy, Government P G College for girls, Chandigarh and Dr. Bharti Garg ,Associate Professor Department of Public Administration, Punjab University, Chandigarh were the key notes speakers who expressed their views on the topic Human Values and Education: Philosophical Reflection and Rethinking Higher Education and Ethics in the times of Pandemic respectively.
