Extension Talk was arranged by Nature Eco Club on 'Water and Kitchen Therapies. Mr. Sanjeev Mehra, Social Worker and Representative from Fortunatar Marketing Pvt. Ltd., Amritsar made students aware about how to take care of their health through proper water intake after testing its PH- Level and by avoiding white flour, salt, sugar, cold drink and junk food. He also conducted the PH- Level testing of different drinks like mineral water, cold drinks etc. with the help of his Assistant, Mr. Pardeep Singh.

Outcome : Students were made aware about the harm caused to their bodies by drinking cold drinks and eating junk and unhealthy food. They were enthused to use pink or rock salt, jaggery, green tea leaves, Ayurvedic supplements and Omega 3. The session motivated students to stay health conscious and avoid the sedentary lifestyle.
