The Department of Fashion Designing of the college organized a one-day industrial visit to Parmeshwari Silk Mills Ltd., Ludhiana. 30 students, accompanied by Mrs. Sarika Kanda, Head and Ms. Harkirat Kaur, faculty member, gained practical knowledge about weaving, dyeing, digital printing and screen printing techniques.

Motive : To provide practical knowledge and hands-on experience to the students about the latest textile production techniques, bridging the gap between theoretical learning and industry practices.

Outcome : The event promoted the practical learning through industrial exposure, providing students with a comprehensive education beyond the classroom.
