Report : Industrial Visit to Rail Coach Factory by the Students of Hindu Kanya College
In pursuit of fostering experiential learning, the P.G. Department of Computer Science and Information Technology, Hindu Kanya College, Kapurthala embarked an industrial visit to the Rail Coach Factory, Kapurthala on 22nd February 2025. Led by Er. Neha Chopra, Assistant Professor, and Ms. Sheela, Librarian, students from the department participated in this enriching experience. Mr. Rakesh Kumar, Demonstrator explained the software applications and Automated Embedded Systems (Numerical Control) employed at RCF to the students.The visit provided hands-on knowledge of cutting-edge technologies to the students. Principal Dr. Archna Garg lauded the department's initiative, emphasizing the significance of such industrial visits in imparting practical knowledge and bridging the gap between academia and industry.
