*Inter -Class Badminton Competition at Hindu Kanya College*

With an aim to spread health awareness among youth and to teach them how to prioritize both physical agility and intellectual growth for their overall development, an Inter- Class Badminton Competition was organized by Sports Club of the Department of Physical Education at Hindu Kanya College, Kapurthala on 13th September 2024. 31 students from different streams participated in this event with full enthusiasm. Navneet Kaur of BCA -1st Semester became the winner of the event and Amrit Kaur of B. Com.- 5th Semester stood second. Mrs. Mukti from Department of Physical Education coordinated the event. Principal Dr. Archna Garg appreciated the initiative taken by the Sports Club for channelizing students' energy into fitness activity. She encouraged students to take up any outdoor sport to improve their physical and cognitive skills.
