International Yog Diwas
Demonstration of Yoga Asanas was done to celebrate International Yoga Day on Online Mode through ZOOM App. On this occasion, Ms. Ruby Walia, a Yoga Expert from USA demonstrated Yoga Asanas before the students, staff and other dignitaries attending the Online fitness session.
Outcome: The students and staff members learnt how to perform diverse yoga asanas to acquire physical and mental relaxation. It also helped in boosting up their stamina, psycho-physiological health and managing daily stress.
