Investiture Ceremony and Students' Orientation Programme were organized at the college, Kapurthala for the session 2025-26. Karandeep Kaur (BCA Semester V) was elected as the College Head Girl, while Vishakha (BA Semester V) was chosen as the Vice Head Girl. Bhavleen Kaur (10+2 Arts) was elected as the School Head Girl. The selected student leaders were presented with sashes. Additionally, class representatives, class prefects, school house captains, and vice captains were introduced. Dr. Jasdeep Kaur, Assistant Professor in the Punjabi Department, administered the oath to the Student Council members, outlining their duties and responsibilities. Er.Sunali Sharma, Head of the Computer Science and IT Department, Mrs. Supriya Sharma from the Cosmetology Department, and Er. Tanya Goyal from the Computer Science and IT Department were elected as Teacher Incharges of the Student Council. Winners of Talent Hunt competitions were given certificates. College Principal Dr. Archna Garg addressed the students and enlightened them about the college's rules, administration, and activities. She motivated them to participate in academic and co-academic activities and encouraged them to develop a passion for learning.

Motive : 1. - To introduce the newly elected student council members to their roles and responsibilities.
2. To provide students with an understanding of the college's rules, administration, and activities.
3. To encourage students to participate in academic and co-academic activities.
4. To promote a sense of responsibility and leadership among students.

Outcome: Students were made aware of their roles and responsibilities as members of the Student Council and were motivated to participate in academic and co-academic activities. They also got encouragement to develop a sense of leadership and responsibility. Winners of Talent Hunt competitions were acknowledged and awarded certificates. Students were also informed about the college rules, administration, its general functioning and also about the Value-Added courses and their benefits.
