On 31st October 2017, NSS Units of Hindu Kanya College, Kapurthala celebrated National Unity Day to foster and reinforce dedication to preserve unity, integrity and security of the nation. The day was celebrated to commemorate the Birth Anniversary of the Iron Man of India : Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel, who always believed in the strong and united India. A pledge taking ceremony was organized in the College campus.
Students were motivated to adapt the philosophy of Sardar Patel in their lives for success.
