One week Voter Registration Camp

To encourage students to participate in the voting process by getting themselves registered online to make their Voter ID cards, the Electoral Literacy Club organized a One-Week Voter Registration Campaign from January 28 to February 3, 2026 in the college campus. Mrs. Varinder Kaur, Coordinator, Electoral Literacy Club along with club members, Mrs. Sapna Bhalla and Ms. Jasleen Kaur guided the students in this campaign. Student volunteers from the Club, namely Ms. Hardeep Kaur, Ms. Kavneet Kaur Walia, Ms. Preet Bala and Ms. Divya Jain, all students from B.A.- 4th Semester volunteered and helped students to make their Voter ID. 96 students got registered under this campaign.

Purpose-The purpose of a voter registration camp is to facilitate and encourage citizens to register as voters, ensuring they can exercise their right to vote. It aims to increase voter enrollment, especially among youth, strengthening democratic participation.

Outcome- 96 students got registered as voter in this camp.
