The Eco Club of the College successfully organized a pledge ceremony to promote eco-friendly practices and to celebrate a Clean and Green Diwali. The event aimed to sensitize students about the importance of environmental conservation and sustainable practices during the festival season. Dr. Veena Kumari organized this pledge ceremonyand staff and students took an oath to celebrate an eco-friendly Diwali.

Motive: 1. To promote eco-friendly practices and sustainable living among students during Diwali celebrations.
2. To raise awareness about the environmental impact of fireworks and other non-eco-friendly practices.
3. To encourage students to adopt environmentally responsible behaviors during the festival season.

Outcome: Students and staff took a pledge to celebrate an eco-friendly Diwali, reducing their environmental footprint. The event sensitized participants to the importance of environmental conservation and sustainable practices during festivals.
