Seminar on 'Elements of balanced Diet'

NSS unit organized a seminar on 'Elements of Balanced Diet'in which Ms. Shagun Garg, informed the students about the benefits of a healthy diet and how it can positively impact their health and well-being and to provide information on the types of foods that should be included in a healthy diet.She also explained the importance and need of vitamins, carbohydrates and proteins for a healthy body.

Purpose: To educate and create awareness among students about the importance of maintaining a balanced diet for their overall health and well-being.

Outcome: Students gained a comprehensive understanding of what constitutes a balanced diet, including the essential nutrients, vitamins, and minerals required for optimal health.
