Talent Hunt -2022

Two -Day Talent Hunt Competition was organized to showcase students' talent Rangoli, Collage -making, Phulkari, On the Spot Painting, Photography and Mehandi competitions were conducted on the first day of Talent Hunt Competition. Sh. Preet Kohli, Assistant Director, Youth Services, Kapurthala, Mrs. Harbinder Kaur, Assistant Professor in Fine Arts, Guru Nanak College of Education for Women, Kapurthala and Sarika Kanda, Head, Department of Home Science were the judges of Off-stage competitions held on 23rd September 2022. On 24th September 2022, On-stage competitions like Shabad Gayan, Folk Song, Gheet/Ghazal, Poem Recitation, Declamation, Quiz, Fancy Dress, Solo Dance, Group Dance, Giddha, Bhangra and various other folk dances.

Motive : To encourage students' participation in co-curricular activities and to make them versatile besides academic pursuits.

Outcome : Students participated in these on stage and off stage competitions with great zeal and demonstrated their artistic, performing and oratory skills enthusiastically. The event not only provided the platform to participants, made them ready for the Youth Festivals but also encouraged other students to showcase their hidden potential.
