On November 27th 2021, under the able guidance of Principal Dr. Archna Garg, NSS Department of Hindu Kanya College , Kapurthala planted 35 saplings of neem, guava in Government Elementary School of village Rupan Pur and playground of village Vijola.

Motive: The main objective of conducted this activity was to inform the villagers about the importance of plants.
Under this activity, the villagers were made aware to plant more and more saplings to keep the environment pure. 18 NSS volunteers also distributed saplings to the villagers and informed about the medical value of each sapling.

Oucome: As a result of this activity, the villagers became aware that by planting more and more trees, they can keep their surroundings clean.
