Volunteers from P.G. Department of Commerce and Management visited Khusht Ashram Kapurthala, a rehabilitation center for people with leprosy, on the occasion of Diwali. The purpose of the visit was to spread happiness and bring a smile to the faces of the residents of the ashram.

Upon arrival, the students were warmly welcomed by the staff and the residents of the ashram. They spent time interacting with the residents, listening to their stories, and learning about their lives. The students also distributed sweets and and extend their wishes to resident of kushth aashram.

PURPOSE: To create a sense of belongingness and social consciousness among students
OUTCOME: This visit helped students to develop greater empathy, compassion, and respect for diversity, and inspired them to get involved in volunteering and community service. social.
