To aware students about the misconceptions relating to the pandemic and boost their morale and confidence, Department of Social Sciences organised a Webinar on “Covid 19: Mental Stress, Strategies and Solutions”. The Resource Person suggested the participants to invlove themselves in recreational and ingenious pursuits to reduce the level of stress and anxiety.
Outcome: Students come to know how to cope up with the stress accumulated due to the pandemic.
