*Workshop on Advance Haircuts*

Department of Cosmetology, Hindu Kanya College Kapurthala organised a *Workshop on Advance Haircuts* on 24th November 2022. Mr Ajay Gulati, Hair expert, Japanese Salon and Academy, Jalandhar demonstrated various haircuts to the students. He elaborated the degrees and angles of haircuts. He also advised students to use the hair cutting tools of good brands so that hair should get no damage.

Motive:
The workshop was intended to challenge and bring out the best skills in students.
And make them perfect in hair cutting techniques as well as develop new approach to hair cut on manikins or on model.

Outcome:
Students learned styling of hair for several occasions and they also came to know the importance of degrees and angles of haircuts.
