The Department of Home Science held a one-day workshop on baking. The keynote speaker was Mrs. Anjana Joshi, Director NFCI Hotel Management and Cooking Institute, Jalandhar. Chef Ankush was also present.

Purpose- To teach students different techniques of Baking and the importance of plating while serving the dish.

Outcome- Students learned how to bake and got hands-on practice with different baking techniques.
