A Workshop on Healthy Street Food

Department of Home Science Organized a workshop on Healthy Street Food in which Anjana Joshi, Director of Hotel Management & Cooking Institute, Jalandhar was the keynote speaker.

Purpose- To wean away our students from junk food and instill awareness for healthy and nutritious food.

Outcome-Participants learned different ways to add nutrients and supplements to street food to make it healthy and safe.
