Workshop on Ice-Cream Making

In collaboration with NFCI, Hotel Management, and Cooking Institute Jalandhar, the Department of Home Science organized a workshop on" Ice cream Making" in which Mrs. Anjana Joshi, Executive Director, imparted valuable tips for making homemade ice cream. Chef Ram Kapoor gave demonstrations on butterscotch, tutti-frutti, and dried fruit ice creams, among others.

Purpose- To demonstrate how to prepare various varieties of ice cream.

Outcome- The students gained practical knowledge of ice cream preparation.
