Faculty Development Programme on "MS-Excel and How to generate E-Certificates using Mail-Merge"

Motive - The objective of an online workshop on MS-Excel and how to generate E-Certificates using mail merge could be to equip participants with the skills and knowledge needed to effectively use MS-Excel for data management and analysis and to create and distribute E-Certificates using mail merge.
Report - An online 6-Day Faculty Development Program based workshop on MS-Excel and how to generate E-Certificates using mail merge was conducted by Er. Sunali Sharma and Er. Tanya Goel. The workshop began with the introduction of MS-Word and then focused on mail merge and creating customized E-Certificates. Participants were taught how to import data from MS-Excel into mail merge and how to create templates for E-Certificates. They also learned how to customize E-Certificates by adding logos, signatures, and other design elements.
The second half of workshop began with an introduction to MS-Excel, including the basics of navigating the software, using functions, and performing basic data analysis. Participants were then given hands-on training on how to use MS-Excel to organize and analyze data, including creating and formatting tables, using formulas and functions, and creating charts and graphs.
The workshop concluded with a Q&A session, where participants were able to clarify any doubts and receive additional guidance on using MS-Excel and mail merge for data management and E-Certificate generation.
Outcome - The participants feeling more confident in their ability to use MS-Excel for data management and analysis and were excited to apply their new skills to create customized E-Certificates using mail merge.
