Event: A household survey of Village Razapur and Bhagwanpur
Motive: Motive: To inculcate the skill of primary data collection among students and familiarize them with rural realities and problems.
Outcome: Although it was instructed to conduct a household survey of adopted villages, our college took it as an opportunity to inculcate research ethics and techniques in the students who are not exposed to the research field. The students realized the importance of data collection as it is the foremost step towards the research. Students came to know about the applicability of research techniques and also how to collect data using data collection methods. It gave them experiential learning as students got hands-on experiences and reflection as they could connect theories and knowledge learned in the classroom to real-world situations.
