On the occasion of World AIDS Day, a seminar was organized by NSS Units, Red Cross Unit and Red Ribbon Club.Dr. Arshbir Kaur, MBBS, MD Medicine, Civil Hospital informed the volunteers about HIV AIDS.
Dr. Arshbir Kaur told the students about the causes and symptoms of HIV AIDS and how HIV can be avoided. She told the girl students that HIV AIDS is not a contagious disease so we should help the patients to get admitted in the hospital. She highlighted different ways to avoid HIV AIDS.

Motive : To make the students aware about AIDS disease.

Outcome: Through this activity, the students got to know about the disease HIV AIDS. It is not a contagious disease and we can protect ourselves from this disease by using precautions.
